Black Cask from West Cork Distillers is an Irish blended whiskey that is 66% grain whiskey and 34% malt whiskey. It was first matured in first-fill bourbon casks before being transferred to heavily charred bourbon casks for a year. The palate shows lots of oak and creamy vanilla.
