West Backs Farm, Belgravia Barley -Bottle code 17/521 Another stunning release from Springbank's popular Local Barley series. This 10 year old single malt was made with barley that was grown locally (which you could probably have guessed from the name, but it's always nice to be clear on things), and was aged for a decade in 70% bourbon casks and 30% Sherry casks.

Belgravia Barley from Glencraigs Farm (Peninsula, Kintyre) Bottle code 20/188 Local Barley was an iconic range of expressions from Springbank discontinued in 2001. The series has been revived and this is the first of five annual releases.

Voor de vijfde editie van Local Barley werd gebruik gemaakt van Optic gerst afkomstig van de High Cattadale boerderij. Dit werd gedistilleerd in juli 2009. Voor de rijping werden drie soorten vaten gebruikt: 77% bourbon-, 20% sherry- en 3% portvaten.

De Hazelburn 21 Year Old 2022 Release is gemaakt van 70% Sherry. 30% Bourbon bottlecode 22.04.22 22/82 Aroma's van in leer gebonden boeken, stopdoeken en stuwpakhuizen worden gevolgd door zoetere kenmerken van stroop, karamel en braam.
