A 2009 Mortlach single malt from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill hogshead for 12 years, before being bottled in March 2022 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of coconut, oak spice and buttery barley fill the nose, complemented by notes of allspice, freshly-baked bread, marmalade, vanilla cream and rich malt throughout the palate.
